Neil Moore and Associates offers forensic structural engineering and design expertise drawn from years of broad experience in heavy construction and structural design in the United States and abroad.

Neil Moore and Associates was established in 1972. The original focus of the company was on engineering support for contractors in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the past 37 years NMA has provided numerous solutions to unique structural challenges all over the world. A large portion of these investigations have supported litigation cases.

The firm utilizes advanced structural computation, analysis and drawing production computer programs and has professional certification in California, Nevada and Oregon as well being certified by the Structural Engineering Certification Board.
